· In 1996, Schlumberger sold to Actaris Group its industrial activity for Protection and Metering transformers.
· In 2004, the activity of Protection and Metering transformers was segregated from Actaris Group under the name Transformers Business Line Spain (TBL).
As a result of this segregation, Actaris Contadores S.A., yielded to Transformers Business Line Spain all rights in the business of measuring and protection including those who had been received from Schlumberger:
- Patents and Licences concerning the industrial activity.
- Decisions published in BOE regarding transformers.
- Homologation of the Test Laboratory published in BOE for “ Verificación en Origen (VO)”.

· In 2005 Transformers Business Line Spain was acquired by RS ISOLSEC SAS, based in France.
· In 2007, Transformers Business Line Spain changed its name for RS ISOLSEC SL. This new company is integrated within the RS ISOLSEC Group.
