Platform for CT and VT

We have calculation - sizing - manufacturing competences made available to our clients for custom design of instrument transformers, current transformers (CT's), voltage transformers (VT's), and resin based insulating parts:

Magnetic cores manufactured from various material (FeSi - FeNi - Amorphous - Nanocristalline)
Winding on circular or rectangular toroidal shapes - linear winding - by hand or on winding machines.
Various insulation techniques based on Polyester - Mylar - Tercron - Semi conducting tape - Fiberglass tape.
Vacuum casting under controlled temperature for indoor and outdoor Epoxy resins, Polyurethane resins.
Design and manufacture of various supports, bases, fixing brackets to facilitate the mechanical interface of the transformer with its on-site environment.
