Our Quality Policy is dedicated to customer’s satisfaction through our supply of competitive products and services of a high quality level, enabling us to increase presence in our markets.
To do so, RS ISOLSEC’s management is dedicated and commit to meeting the following steps :
· Rigorous continuous improvement in our processes and products, striving for gaining competitiveness daily, making use of quality improvement groups as part of Total Quality enforcement, and monitoring of our processes.
· As a consequence the setting-up of Quality objectives, with the consecutive supply of such any necessary resource in terms of staff or equipment for their achievement
· Meeting up with the needs & requirements of our customers, regulations and standards concerning our products.
· Quality Management aimed at customer satisfaction.
· Improve Reliability of on-time delivery of our products as part of customer service improvement policy, adapting to the market requirements.
· Setting up a system of know-how enhancement among our staff for personal and profesional improvement.
To this end, RS ISOLSEC’s management will supply any means required to meet these self-established objectives.
This Quality Manual, result of shared agreement from all Company’s Departments, defines the System with which RS ISOLSEC wishes to reach the aforementioned objectives.
Complying with the statements of this Manual is compulsory for every member of the Company
